Do I need previous mentoring experience to enroll?
Not at all. The Rooted in His Purpose Mentor Training™ is designed for both new and experienced mentors. You’ll learn how to build meaningful relationships, apply biblical principles, and mentor others confidently — even if this is your first time.
What’s included in the 6-week program?
You’ll receive six weeks of faith-based training lessons with Dr. Deidre Proctor, a printable workbook, group coaching calls, community access, and a certificate of completion. Each week includes teaching, journaling prompts, and practical tools for real-life mentorship.
How are the sessions delivered?
All lessons are hosted online, so you can join from anywhere. You’ll receive weekly access to teaching videos, plus invitations to live group coaching calls for personal support and Q&A. Replays are available for those who can’t attend live.
